Becca has called the Elk Valley home since 2014 and is now raising her two children in the Fernie community. After many years working in the resort industry as a snowboard instructor, she began looking for a career that offered a greater sense of purpose and a meaningful way to help others. When she discovered acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she immediately felt drawn to its unique approach to health. What began as a new career path quickly became something she felt deeply passionate about, and she continues to believe wholeheartedly in acupuncture’s ability to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Becca graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture in 2020 and has been practicing in Fernie since 2021 as the owner of Elk Valley Acupuncture. She is excited to expand her practice into Sparwood, allowing her to serve more people and further the reach of Elk Valley Acupuncture throughout the region.

Becca has experience and training in treating a broad range of conditions, with a strong clinical focus on pain and injury, anxiety and mental wellbeing, fertility and women’s health. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful and individualized, drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine while considering each patient’s specific symptoms, health history and treatment goals.
